Vibrating table VIBROID 1000

Vibrator is intended for vibrating processing of concrete and reinforced concrete articles, as on the large enterprises as on the small and medium enterprises.

Using such equipment the making of small architectural products, paving tiles, decorative fences and other concrete elements, received by vibrating casting.

The vibrating table includes a fixed frame and a vibrating table surface, on which 2 vibrators VI 99 B are fixed. The springs of large diameter equipped with screw clamps is an insulation between the frame and table surface.

The screw springs clamps prevent the springing of the slab from the vibrating surface and amplitude jump of destructive property. The screw clamps of springs influence positively the uniform distribution of vibrating pulses on all working surface of the vibrating table at a fixed amplitude of oscillation. The vibrating surface is equipped with the by the compensating girders that gives the construction the enlarged rigidness that allows to make the qualitative vibrating processing of complicated and more complicated reinforced concrete products as much as possible using the vibrating area of the vibrating plate.

The application of the vibrating plate of increased rigidness in the combination to screw clamps of power springs has allowed to exclude completely the collision of metal parts of the article that has considerably lowered the noise background level during the operation of vibrating table. The reduction in sound level affects positively capacity for work of serving staff at maintenance of eth vibrating equipment.

The possibility to install the vibrators working from voltage 42 V (with use reducing transformer 380 ~ 42), make the operation on the vibrating table safe tier. There is a possibility too to equip the vibrating table with vibrators VI 99 B, line-operated 220 V, for organization of concrete articles on the sites where there is no access to the mains supply with tension 380 V.

As a standart set the maximum loading on the vibrating plate is 158 kg. Installing the complementary springs the maximal loading can be increased up to 250 kg.
