The universal mixer of paste-like masses and multicomponent mortars of "COMPASS" series, designed and manufactured by the machine building enterprise "Stroymechanika" is a unique combination of simplicity and reliability, high mixing quality and universality, efficiency and accessibility.

The universal mortar mixer of series "COMPASS" operating as a part of the concrete production line can make stiff moulding concrete, polystyrene concrete of different densities, non-active (dry) mortars without replacing of activator, and after the high-speed activator installation - the foam concrete mortars, including with reduced water content.

The universal planetary mixer includes a rotating cylindrical tank with inner sample cylinder, reverse frame, on which the rotating tank with the drive, gear motor with activator and peripheral sample scrapers is installed.

During the operation of the mixer the mixing material is conveyed continuously to the activator, the peripheral scrapers clean the inner walls of the mortar mixers and the walls of inner cylinder, and also send the material into the operation area of the activator. That's why although the rotating activator of the unit does not describe the specified path in the mixed material and material enters the activator itself, we can speak about the effect of "planetary" mixing, reached easier, however. Such a mixing mode not only provides the getting of homogenous mix, but allows to reduce the installed power of the drive, as well as to increase considerably the reliability of the equipment.

The universal planetary mortar mixer mixes well the super-plastic mortars, works well with multicomponent mixes with considerable differences in densities. Using the universal planetary mortar mixer it is possible to make superlight polystyrene concrete mixes, in this case the non-uniform distribution of foam polystyrene granules in the ready mass is fully excluded.

The overturned tank of the mortar mixer allows to discharge the equipment as fully and as quick as possible.

Sometimes at the production of some multicomponent materials the application of mixing equipment with the possibility to adjust the rotation speed of the activator can be required. The universal planetary mortar mixers of "COMPASS" series are initially equipped with reverse mechanism of the drive activator. The change of the rotation direction of the activator relative to the rotating mixing tank helps to adjust the speed of the mixed flow. At the counter rotation of the tank and activator the impact speed of thу mixed particles is maximal, at rectified rotation the speed is minimal

The integration unit UV 750 as a part of the mortar mixer COMPASS allows to build in the mixer in any production complex or production line as well as to control it n automatic or manual mode that is very important for automatics of the processes of late years.

The integration unit has a flange on the top, it is connected with conveying and batching devices through this flange. It can be screw conveyors VK, unloading batching plants of "StroyPack" series (model SRD 500 or SRD 1000), as well as the batcher of bulk materials used in the production lines and complexes.
