The universal mixer COMPASS 1370 G SUPERMIX, as a part of the concrete production line can make stiff moulding concrete, polystyrene concrete of different densities, non-active (dry) mortars without replacing of activator.
The concrete mixers of "COMPASS" series are a part of the concrete plants intended to make concrete mix used in the production of paving tiles and building blocks, in the polystyrene mix production complexes, in the production lines of dry construction mixes.
The universal planetary concrete mixer COMPASS 1370 G SUPERMIX includes a rotating cylindrical tank with inner cylinder, overturned frame, on which the rotating tank with the hydraulic drive, hydraulic engines with activators and peripheral scrapers is installed.
During the operation of the universal mixer the mixing material is conveyed continuously to the activator, the peripheral scrapers clean the inner walls of the mixers and the walls of inner cylinder, and also send the material into the activator operation area. That's why although the rotating activator of the unit does not describe the specified path in the mixed material and material enters the activator itself, we can speak about the effect of "planetary" mixing, reached easier, however. Such a mixing mode not only provides the getting of homogenous mix, but allows to reduce the installed power of the drive, as well as to increase considerably the reliability of the equipment.
The specific characteristic of the mixer COPASS 1370 G SUPERMIX is a powerful and reliable hydraulic system as a drive of the unit. The driving hydraulic unit of the hydraulic system is a separate module and is connected with hydraulic drives of eth mixer by the hydraulic hoses.
 The driving hydraulic station is made with the application of high-quality European manufactures and is notable for high reliability and assembling quality.
The high-torque gyratory hydraulic motors having high power at compact dimensions are applied as a drive of the mixer tank, as well as activator drive.
The main advantage of the hydraulic drives application is the possibility to adjust the rotation speed of the mixer's tank and activators, as well as the application of compact mechanisms as a drive.
The universal planetary mixer mixes well the superplastic mortars, works well with multicomponent mixes with considerable differences in densities. Using the universal planetary concrete mixer it is possible to make superlight polystyrene concrete mixes, in this case the non-uniform distribution of foam polystyrene granules in the ready mass is fully excluded.
The overturned tank of the mortar mixer allows to discharge the equipment as fully and as quick as possible.
Sometimes at the production of some multicomponent materials the application of mixing equipment with the possibility to adjust the rotation speed of the activator can be required. The universal planetary mortar mixers of "COMPASS" series are initially equipped with reverse mechanism of the drive activator. The change of the rotation direction of the activator relative to the rotating mixing tank helps to adjust the speed of the mixed flow. At the counter rotation of the tank and activator the impact speed of the mixed particles is maximal, at rectified rotation the speed is minimal.
